[ruby-core:34659] MRI file architecture doc

Hi ruby folks,

I started documenting the role of the files in the MRI svn trunk. Can
you help me on some points ?

* what is the role of the missing/ directory ?
* Also what is .ext/ ?
* .document is used by rdoc, but how ? This would be helpful for my
next step: document ruby
