minor is the keyword there. 1700 lines of diff is not minor. at about 200ish lines of diff, I think the version should be changed. What 1.9.2 has been calling rubygems 1.3.7 is NOT rubygems 1.3.7. Yet, _we_ get the bugs and _we_ have to debug it and _we_ have to maintain it. Not fair.
