Yes! I, for one, live in an area for which there is neither DSL or cable 
modem service available. (Atlanta, believe it or not, on the freaking RIVER 
believe it or not and communities on both sides have it, but NOT us, believe

How about Postgresql (my choice) and MySQL (everybody else's choice)?

Given reasonable system level security in place, Ruby should not be more of a 
risk than Perl/Python and probably less so. If your bin and lib directories 
are properly permissioned, and root and etc directories locked off, then any 
security risk posed by by bad CGI should only effect and be solely the 
responsibility of the account holder creating it. If this is properly spelled 
out in the user contract, there should be no problems.

What kind of pricing structure were you thinking of?
