Um, you just did indirectly.  I forwarded the above to him.
Will let you know if he shows any interest.

Seriously, he has done a number of reviews on the XP stuff,
and appreciated it when I sent him the link on translating
some of the Smalltalk examples into Ruby.  So he might not
be adverse to a free book on those terms...
