Telnet is basically a server that spawns a shell, it's really not all that
special.

You can make TCP/IP servers fairly easy in Ruby, consult the manual and the
TCPServer class. It's simple as pie to use.

Well, you'd have to write a SSH server (SSH is it's own protocol, it's not
just encrypted telnet) it'll take a lot more than just having OpenSSL
installed..
