I am somewhat suspect about the context of your
application of neotany that was the reason I mention
these secondary traits on Louis Bolk's list.

Coming back to the orginal topic of this off topic thread -
my recommendation for maintaining youthful appearance
is to go vegetarian. You statistically tack on a couple of
years to your lifespan are in instant compliance with
the dietary restrictions of many religions and can take the
moral high ground when it comes to the emotionally charged
issue of speciesism :-)
