Subject: [ruby-talk:10646] Need other Links to English InstallShield version of Ruby?

I see "The English InstallShield version of Ruby" is on the "What's New"
section of the Ruby home page, but not on the Download page or the Ruby on
Widows sub-page.

Is there some reason for this or am I missing something?
