These are normal outputs with -d environment(in some
version of erb).

And "-d" affects;

 - sets $DEBUG = true
 - interrupts interpreter when a thread exits with
   unhandled exception
 - dumps log to STDERR when an exception is raised

but does not get through to the debugging session.

It seems nothing wrong was dumped to rwiki.rb's console,
does rw.cgi still hang?
