Subject: [ruby-talk:10945] How do I get current login (like Perl's getlogin)?

I'm trying to figure out the current login that a script is running on, so 
I can determine if the user is authorized.  Is there anything like Perl's 
getlogin() function in Ruby?  I don't see anything about it in the Pickaxe 
book.
