Whoops.  I mean as one can in the case of Hash#has_key?/#include?.

In fact, from the point of view of the question of parallel method
naming (based on the idea that an array is a kind of hash), it's
interesting that #include? refers to the key in the case of Hash and
the value in the case of Array.  I guess I don't see the parallel
naming as a priority in part because there are already cases where,
for reasonable reasons, we don't have it.
