Thank you.  I'll be sure to check out that script.  However, if I were to
use a different web server under Windows, I would probably go with Apache.
I think I saw Win32 versions of mod_ruby and eruby available.  The point of
running Ruby apps under IIS would be so I could run Ruby apps side-by-side
with older apps that require IIS.

BTW, you spoke of adding database access.  Which database were you thinking?
We're an Interbase shop, but the current Interbase classes for Ruby are
missing blobs and I think stored procedures, both features that we need.  My
C is a little rusty, but if those features don't show up soon, I'll attempt
it myself.
