Then forget the phrase "neoteny", and note that it has
been my experience that race contributes strongly to
what people's apparent age is.

My recommendation, if we are making them, is to get
enough sleep, and sleep on your back.  Constant
exhaustion is hard on you, and sleeping on your face
leads to wrinkles.
