The usual place to look is
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/raa.html but I don't see
anything there that fits.

I heard there was an open source project for something
related to this, a search of Google found it at
http://quantlib.sourceforge.net/.  You might want to
look at that, either for ideas or as something to
provide a Ruby interface for.  (They already have a
Python interface.)
