Ok. May you point me to documentation?

I have downloaded the virtual machine and the development kit.

The development kit only contains a bunch of famous free software
packages, like gcc, glibc, etc. The virtual machine contains a large,
undecipherable 14 meg C program and 1.8 meg header file, and
miscellaneous other source code, but no documentation.

This smells more of a hoax than of a novel way to anything.
