[ruby-talk:5973] Windows InstallShield: Beta testers wanted

From: andy@... (Andrew Hunt)
Date: 2000-10-31 16:40:02 UTC
List: ruby-talk #5973
Howdy folks,

I have finished the English-language version of the
Windows InstallShield distribution of Ruby.

It should work on Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000.

I'd like to ask for volunteers to try out the install --
just two per platform for right now. Once I get reports back
that it seems to work okay, then I'll send it over to
our good friends at ruby-lang.org and ya'll can have at it!

So, any volunteers out there? Please e-mail me directly with
your operating system version and patch level, and I'll e-mail
you with instructions.

Thanks for your help!

/\ndy
