This is my quick-and-dirty addition. Given that you're going to create
an InstallShield version of the Win binaries, I think the only thing you
need to add to the FAQ is the following:

---------------------------------------------------------

Q: what is the difference between the rbdj and rbwc versions of Ruby?

A: The rbdj version is a stand-alone version of the Windows binary of
Ruby. It uses the DJ Delorie tools.

The rbcw version is a Windows binary of Ruby that requires the cygwin
library, a Windows port of the popular Unix GNU development tools and
utilities. Most programmers will want to use the rbcw version of Ruby.

To use the rbcw version, you will need to install the cygwin library
separately. For more information about cygwin, see
http://www.cygwin.com/. Once you have installed cygwin on your
computer, copy cygwin1.dll to your Windows\System32 folder. The
cygwin1.dll should be located in the bin subdirectory of your copy of
cygwin.

---------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: Once the InstallShield version is ready, the last paragraph will
need to be changed.

Does the FAQ need to say anything else? For ex, is it fair to call rdbj
a "stripped-down" version of Ruby?

Any thoughts on a better way of phrasing this? This is my first attempt
at adding something to an FAQ, so any help/kibbitzing would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
Anders Schneiderman
