Like I've previously said, I've never used the for-loop. I use .each{}
instead. 

And I think it's more consistent, given that i also use each_index,
each_with_index, each_key, each_value, collect, inject, and many more
iterators, sometimes custom, like recursive_each on a tree, etc.

If I ever use it, it will be as a performance hack.
