In the Ruby Book, ch1, in a list of 7 features that characterize Ruby
as an OO language, the 6th reads:

全体がオブジェクト指向という統一的なポリシーで設計されているので、豊富
で強力な機能もわかりやすく分類されている


[Tentative E. tl:] Ruby was designed in its entirety to be
object-oriented, wherein an abundance of powerful features are
classified in an easy to understand manner.

Could someone please explain in more detail what this means and/or
improve on the translation?
