Well, I agree with your idea.  But I can't just tell whether it is
good or not (yet).  I'd like to see how it really works, if you have
time to implement the new threshold.

For your information, I received the public grant from Japan's
Ministry of International Trade and Industry for the development of
the next generation Ruby, which includes generational GC.
