Hi,

I noticed a typo in http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/index.html a few days ago.

 Perl/Ruby Conference in Japan will be held from Nov. 29 to Dev. 1 at Kyoto
International Conference Hall.

I think Dev. should be Dec. right?
