Oops!
That was not accurate. I should say:
   Ruby's DLL is statically linked to C run time libraries
   due to the same reason of Perl's.
   It,therefore,never calls MSVCRT.DLL entries while
   your DLL calls them,which makes pointer inconsistency
   and makes your programs crash.
   To aviod this sort of crash,you must call entries exported
   by Ruby's DLL such as xfree(),or  make both Ruby's DLL
   and your DLL call RubyCRT.DLL entries.
