OK, so the changelog would reflect this.  However, I still think there
is a case for 1.6.1.X where X represents pretty stable patches, the
website describes the CVS as being a rather less stable version of Ruby,
and this would be a "half-way house" between "Known to be stable, my
problem not fixed" and "my problem fixed, but could be more problems".
