[ruby-talk:5987] [ANNOUNCE] European partial Ruby mirror

Hi all,

To speed up downloads for people in Europe (and hopefully save some
*.jp bandwidth) I've set up a partial mirror site for Ruby in the
Netherlands.

Due to diskspace constraints, I plan to mirror the stable release
sources only, i.e., 1.6.x at the moment.
