bug?

Doing some evals, I got this:

The code referred there, is something like this:

module TinyApp
   class WorkflowManager
     class << self
       def workflow_rule

end

and the eval'ed file:

workflow_rule do |r|

   r.condition -> { true }

end

Is this really a bug, or am I doing something wrong here?
