Subject: RDoc: [FATAL] failed to allocate memory

With revision 14590, I suddenly get an error when I do "make install"
(on a cygwin system).

The output reads:

Generating RDoc documentation
./miniruby.exe  ./runruby.rb --extout=.ext  -- "./bin/rdoc" --all --ri --op ".ext/rdoc" "."
[FATAL] failed to allocate memory
make: ** [rdoc] Error 1

I hope this can be fixed before the release.
