Subject: Gem loading twice on Ruby 1.9?

hello!

this problem with Rubygems 1.0 only appears in Ruby 1.9. I load some gem
with the gem method and give it a version that doesn't exists:

these warnings sound like rubygems was loaded twice. this makes Rails'
test output currently a bit noisy...
