Hey martin, thanks for the link. So, this is oficially a known issue for
they, reported by someone else: 
http://www3.tools.ietf.org/wg/httpbis/trac/ticket/73 .

And the sugestion is the same as mine:

"   2. Document the reality that there are incorrect implementations, and
recommend that anyone writing a "deflate" decoder should cope with both
forms. "
