を読むと「use of dtoa.c has no bearing on whether or how you
can sell the Ruby interpreter.  I hope that is clear from
the permission statement you quoted.」だそうですから、合理的
な解釈は、うらべくんの解釈通り「without fee」は「granted」に
かかることだと思います。少なくともdtoa.cに関する限りは。
