My guess is that saying

module Foo
  def foo
    print "foo\n"
  end
end

module BarFoo
  def foo
    print "bar\n"
  end
end

class NameClashTest
  include Foo
end

NameClashTest.new.foo  #=> "foo\n"

class NameClashTest
  include BarFoo
end

NameClashTest.new.foo  #=> "bar\n"

class NameClashTest2
  include Foo
  include BarFoo
end

NameClashTest2.new.foo  #=> "bar bar\n"

makes Ruby to include Foo.foo to the clash class and then with second
include just overwrite earlier definition. So, no clashes today :).

Thanks for good discussion.
