Perhaps.  However, you're the prime culprit I'm thinking of, what with
your post on June 7 with the Subject "Ruby -- A better OO Perl than
Perl?".  That's an inflammatory Subject, and cross-posting to three
newsgroups is rude.  Having another person a week later change a post
asking about Py3000 to one with a Subject saying, "No, but there's Ruby"
got my dander up.  While the content of those posts wasn't particularly
objectionable, the Subject sets the tone and you'd better expect that
people will react.

I don't mind posts such as this one that popped up on 5/28: "Python vs.
Ruby: threads - advice appreciated".  It's the advocacy on the stomping
grounds of another newsgroup that bothers me.
