I know that "caller" will tell me who called the method I'm in (and even further back than that). But suppose I was called by method "foo" -- is there any way to tell where foo is defined? It could be a method of some class, a singleton method of some object, a method in a module,... Obviously I want this information to be obtained by the program; i.e., don't tell me to look at the line number and... :) I guess I could search the entire object space, but surely there is a better way?
