[ruby-dev:35913] cygwin で strftime 関連のコンパイル問題 (was: Re: %N for Time#strftime)

最近 strftime 当たりに色々変更されました。
そのためかと思いますが、下記のエラーが cygwin
で発生します。cygwin も更新しましたが、そのままです。
アドバイスお願いします。

This should work unless it involves constant data structures referencing symbols from auto-imported DLLs.strftime.o: In function `rb_strftime':
