Re: Latest Update to RHG --

1) The primary reason is that the Ruby Forge  Project is stalled -- They 
have indicated that they are not actively continuing with translation.
2) I do not merge Machine Translations and their "Quality" Translations!!
3) I have been the only active person I know that has made a continuing 
effort to complete this project.
4) Since I do not speak Japanese, I must research each sub-topic or 
heading and write down the results. The machine
    translation give some clues, but it generally it is my prose.
5) I must be doing fairly well at it, since my "translation" is very 
close in content to the Translated 'Quality' content.
6) The primary job here is to understand the actual code and report WHAT 
and HOW  it does what it does.
7) When I run into problems, the CORE LIST has been very good about 
answering my pesky questions.
8) The original author reviewed some of my first work and at least did 
not faint!  ;-)
9) If you or anyone else wishes to help fine -- I am taking the point of 
view that since I am the only continuing
     active participant that I know of -- IT IS my project to run.
10) THE BEST THING that other KNOWLEDGEABLE  PEOPLE can do to help is:
       1) Answer any questions that have -- I have to date and will 
continue to try very hard not to ask very many questions and gum up the 
Core List.
       2) Send me any technical  corrections that they notice in the 
work to date.
       3) Send me any Style, Grammar, or other comments that they feel 
desire comment.
       4) Feel Free to be as critical as you wish -- TO OFFEND ME you 
must have a unique and massive vocabulary,
            bring friends and lunch ;-) ;-) !
11) I also wish to thank the many of the people on the CORE LIST that 
have helped, and that includes MATZ who has
       been especially generous.
 12) Also my apologies to those who I may have inadvertently offended.  
It is my intention to create and distribute (Freely
        within the limits of any copyright issues that may be present), 
a complete description of the internals and standards
        associated with the Ruby Core Software.
13) I am a semi-retired software consultant who has worked primarily in 
real-time data acquisition. Primary Projects
      include Schlumberger Down Hold (Oil Field) Nuclear Tools and the 
Positron P.E.T. Camera Data Acquisition System.
14) I have been implementing Object Orientated-like Code as far back as 
twenty years ago, USING Assembly and C --   UGH!
      I think that RUBY is one of the best programming languages that I 
have ever worked with and intend to promote
      it in any way I can.
