It appears as if the debugger doesn't support 'b file.rb:25', but it
must have a path, like this: 'b ./file.rb:25', which will work.

So, first of all, this patch doesn't work, second of all, since I do not
know Elisp, and since I don't have the time to learn it, the only fix I
can come up with will only work for files which are in the same
directory.

Since I have learned that the prefered way of debugging is with
ruby-debug, I don't know if there is any interest in patching this file,
but in any case, this patch will at least make setting breakpoints work
in multiple files that are in the same directory:
