Ola, why do you need it this way? If you have to exchange modules and 
classes, couldn't you use something like

   class Module
     def as_class
       me = self
       Class.new do
         include me
       end
     end
   end

   module A; end
   p A.as_class   # => #<Class:0x2aea734>
