This is an interesting idea, but if the number of responses to previous
notes on the RFD is any indication, I expect the response rate would too low
to provide a good guesstimate of how many people would vote for the actual
CFV.

However I think there may be another way to put this resource to good use.
We might want to ask people on the English + Japanese Ruby MLs to send a
note to ruby-poll@wiggly.org immediately _after_ they vote on the _actual_
CFV, so we can get some idea of the actual response rate in real time, and
to follow up with additional requests/reminders on the Ruby MLs as seems
appropriate.
