Sounds good.

Jitterbug is not bad.
I'm using it in my office and for Kondara-project
(http://www.kondara.org/jitterbug/).

But I'm not fully satisfied with it.
Its weak points are

1) original bug poster can followup only by mail
   unless he or she is an administrator

2) no way to attach image, schematic or something

3) weird installation procedure. I know suid program is not really
  necessary, but it looks like necessary according to the document.

Of course, since jitterbug is an open-source program, we can hack it.
But I prefer a ruby BTS.
