Subject: [ruby-talk:01793] Rough A-Z index of Ruby Docs

I have created an A-Z index of all the stuff that I could find in the Ruby
1.4 docs, though I have not been really exhaustive. For example, I have
not indexed all the arithmetic operators for numeric types, and I
have not indexed the $ based variables, and some of the obvious functions
may not have been indexed.

I have put it on the Web in the hope that it will be useful. Constructive
criticism is welcome, but I cannot put much time into this.  It was
created by hand, so it may well have rough spots.

If you want to download it for use with your local copy of the Ruby
manuals you may, of course, though I'd like some credit for its creation.  
All the links are relative links, so it should be usable in any subsequent
release, I hope.
