As this may turn out to be a 3rd party issue rather than a bug, I'd like some feedback.

[ruby-core:33953] my redmine login is not working and wanted to submit a bug

From: deepak kannan <kannan.deepak@...>
Date: 2010-12-28 09:39:55 UTC
List: ruby-core #33953
hi,
i wanted to submit a bug (on redmine) but i have forgotten by login
and password and the 'lost-password' link is not working for me.

the bug is at:
https://gist.github.com/748131 (revision 2264ae)
ruby 1.9.2-p0 profiler is not able to profile the Array#<< method but
JRuby does.
I am on: ruby 1.9.2p0 (2010-08-18 revision 29036) [x86_64-linux]

Both the profiler in the standard library and the rubygem 'ruby-prof'
does not recognize the Array#<< method but i does recognize
Array#push. JRuby does recognizes Array#<<
I have attached the file to reproduce the bug, it is the same as the
one on the gist.

http://redmine.ruby-lang.org/account/lost_password sends me a reset
password link and i am able to successfully change my password but i
am still not able to login.
Maybe because i am using my gmail id to login and i do not remember
the actual login i had used - i think it was 'dkannan' but i am not
sure.
And the lost-password link does give me my login either.

The email-id i had used is 'kannan.deepak@gmail.com'

I had reported the issue on:
http://www.ruby-forum.com/topic/697336
http://www.ruby-forum.com/topic/705177
and had asked on irc.
I do not know why ruby-forum mirrored the message on ruby-talk but not
on ruby-core. I did get a message that i was not a member of ruby-core
when i had posted from rubyforum but i did not check at that time.

Please can someone help me to get a login, i would very much like to
contribute back to ruby,

cheers,
deepak
