From: Aaron Patterson Date: 2010-12-11T10:30:42+09:00 Subject: [ruby-core:33676] is openssl required for ruby tests? --ReaqsoxgOBHFXBhH Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I'm working on adding more tests to openssl. I noticed many of the tests are wrapped with `if defined?(OpenSSL)`: http://github.com/ruby/ruby/blob/trunk/test/openssl/test_ocsp.rb#L8-8 though not all of them have that: https://github.com/ruby/ruby/blob/trunk/test/openssl/test_config.rb Is the intention that we should be able to run the Ruby tests without openssl? If we are supposed to run without openssl, I will make sure all the openssl tests have this code. If openssl is required for the tests, then I will remove the "if defined?" code. Thanks. --=20 Aaron Patterson http://tenderlovemaking.com/ --ReaqsoxgOBHFXBhH Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (Darwin) iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJNAtQrAAoJEJUxcLy0/6/Gs5oH/A0vaHPRD3J/t3kIUzgKL52f U5o0bOD2O/iX9ECWFE3FwNKOnnqZyYbrkm0OpHZJeZ+ylabnCrO1H0vUOC2dd9JL uT5IG/26n5EdYUe5e4RLAqYOc5oMvR0C5kX+xYW5ic73GRI6yo+mjDECs/FAr/D3 t2URj5NAjFK/EtITa5xwP9wEUInSiGnip1oYfBM276xrMqovNuwPxv5oRBNdzbRr IL0UyRnK+XRsSE9LWn68BHcF1BWvyLZLvimLvUrvvVe/0Xl7EI67ezdsDTiQ/RIx ZKuuvkfcl+K97TSn73Kl/HremzqiHJypwOdLOF2Id5kA0cH6k42BMyz/hh8LotY= =PHfq -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --ReaqsoxgOBHFXBhH--
