This bug has been fixed in the trunk already and backported to 1.9.2
branch.

BTW, why don't you use -print0?

  $ find rhe4-x86_64 -type d -print0 | xargs -0 chmod a+x
or
  $ find rhe4-x86_64 -type d -exec xargs chmod a+x {} +
or
  $ chmod -R a+X rhe4-x86_64

Seems like you need to add a file under /etc/ld.so.conf.d or set
LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable.
