This is a notice that I have committed some documentation for OpenSSL.

I tested all the examples for correct behavior but it would be nice for someone to review them both for functionality and to ensure that they represent good security practices.

The bulk of my changes were to ext/openssl/ossl.c and ext/openssl/ossl_ssl.c
