No, that's a class.  It's not instantiated, so you can run any of the
tests contained in it.

In this example:

require 'test/unit'

class MyTest < Test::Unit::TestCase
  def test_one; end
  def test_two; end
  def test_three; end
end

suite = Test::Unit::TestSuite.new
suite << MyTest.new("test_one")
suite << MyTest.new("test_three")

require 'test/unit/ui/console/testrunner'
Test::Unit::UI::Console::TestRunner.run(suite)

the local variable 'suite' is a suite.
