Well, it does in 1.9, where enumerator is always loaded. This is btw, a
great idea. I like the module and now I'll use it much more often. ;)

Another possibility would be to trigger the loading of extensions or
libraries, if a method is called like Kernel#for_enum. I think nobu
posted a patch on ruby-talk recently, that makes this possible. I think
this is a great idea, too. This should allow for a smaller memory
footprint and faster startup time of ruby, if functionality isn't used
in a script.
