[ruby-core:27235] irb's output_method

From: Martin DeMello <martindemello@...>
Date: 2009-12-19 20:19:51 UTC
List: ruby-core #27235
While playing around with an IRB gui wrapper, I decided to stop
setting $DEFAULT_OUTPUT and find out how to do things the correct way.
Poking through the code, Irb.new has an output_method argument, but
doesn't actually seem to use it - output_value calls printf directly.
There's a pretty simple fix, but am I misunderstanding what
output_method is meant for? (Also, input_method now needs to be aware
of output_method, so it knows where to print the prompt)
