Anybody know why in ruby 1.9 the signature would be changed for
SHGetFolderPath (PLPLP to LLLLP)?

Its signature is

HRESULT SHGetFolderPath(
    HWND hwndOwner,
    int nFolder,
    HANDLE hToken,
    DWORD dwFlags,
    LPTSTR pszPath
);
