Cygwin環境 on Windows 2000 で、mingw版作って試しました。

make checkの結果
  test succeeded (make testの方)
  1149 tests, 11713 assertions, 3 failures, 3 errors (make test-allの方)

Cygwin上ではなく、コマンドプロンプトから、
ruby test\runner.rb で試したときは
  1149 tests, 11722 assertions, 2 failures, 3 errors 
でした。
以下の3)のFailureが発生しませんでした。
