[ruby-core:23781] [HEADSUP] RubyGems 1.3.4 in trunk

I have updated RubyGems to 1.3.4 r2223

I nuked r21951 in favor of the RubyGems' prerelease version support.   
Instead of the version being 1.9.2.-1, it is:

$ ruby19 -Ilib -v -e 'p Gem.ruby_version'
ruby 1.9.2dev (2009-05-20 trunk 23493) [i386-darwin9.7.0]
#<Gem::Version "1.9.2.dev.23493">

I nuked the RubyGems part of r21933 since the changed code handled  
legacy platform constants.

One RubyGems test fails due to a load-path order problem from lib/test/ 
unit.rb:

I expect the paths to behave like ruby -I, but the additional paths  
are added at the end.

This patch fixes my load-path order problem, can I commit it?
