Ruby's culture and Rails' one are different.
In Rails' culture APIs have no problem without my favorites.

So before we decide bundle SQLite asking him seems too early.

Of cource if the library we needed is convered by Amalgalite,
using it is reasonable.
But current our status is do we need RDB? or Is SQLite enough one?
native or using FFI and so on.
