Let's tread gently here. It takes something of a leap of faith for a
paper publisher such as Addison-Wesley to agree to put substantial
content online like this. While I'm sure everyone concerned feels this 
is a great idea, I suspect the idea of having their book material
repackaged and redistributed might worry them a tad.

So, for now, let me beg a favor. Clearly, caching the pages locally is 
good for you, and reduces the load on their servers, so I can't see
anyone complaining. But right now, let's not do any repackaging until
everyone's more comfortable with the idea.
